Q. What is a Local Experience?
A Local Experience provides you, with an opportunity to discover the world outside of your hotel. It provides a local twist to a favourite attraction at your destination or gives you access to an activity you wouldn't normally be able to do. By using our local contacts we provide unique experiences to enrich your stay and bring the discovery element back into travel. Local Experiences are authentic, unique and original and layer onto your itinerary to create a memorable stay.
Q. How to make Booking Reservation?

We have listing in Airbnb and booking.com. Subject to meeting any requirements set by Airbnb and Booking.com , guest can book a listing available on the Platform by following the respective booking process. All applicable fees, including the Listing Fee, Security Deposit (if applicable), Guest Fee and any applicable Taxes (collectively, “Total Fees”) will be presented to you prior to booking a Listing. Kindly refere to the terms while proceeding with the booking.

Q. Payment Instruction?
Payment will guarantee your place for an event.
You can pay us using CREDIT CARD THRU PAYPAL, CASH THRU ATM, PAYPAY, WECHAT PAY or ALIPAY
Kindly note that we will not keep your reservation without the payment.
Q. Event Registration Confirmation Email?
We will provide guest with a confirmation details of the experience event. Through the email, guest/s can be noted with the event theme, date and venue attached with access map of our meeting place. Some event include transportation, We will pick up guest/s at your Hotel lobby or preferred location in within Kanazawa.

In the event of cancellation on the part of the participant in Experience Event, the following cancellation charges will apply.

The participant could choose to be kept as a credit for future UIGI event.

Cancellation made after business hours (6pm) is already considered as the next day.

In the event the trip/event get canceled due to the weather, natural calamity (e.g. typhoons, strong earthquakes), civil unrest and other circumstances beyond our control
** Please note guests will be responsible for any transaction fee occurred in receiving and returning of payment
For Bespoke tour:

100% cancellation fee will be charged for less than 42 hour before the event.

50% cancellation fee will be charged for 3-7 days before the event.

20% cancellation fee will be charged for 7-14 days before the event.

Full refund with administration fee will be charged for 14 days before the event.
Q. What are the minimum & maximum number of guests allowed?
We welcome any smaller party and have no minimum number of guests, however please kindly refer the individual experience page for details and information regarding on the numbers allowed.
Please note some event/experiences may require a minimum number of guests to participate, the event will unfortunately be cancelled if the numbers is not reached. We will notify our guests through email two days in advance.
A full refund within 7 days will be issued and no cancellation fee charged under the following conditions

We welcome and encourage family with the elder or children to join in. Having an amazing activities to has the power to bring people together to have fun, bond and learn. A unique and meaningful to keep a memorable node.
